Do plans auto-renew?
Yes. You can turn off auto-renew anytime from the superadmin panel. We send reminder emails 7 days before each renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
You can keep using existing data. New signups or new sub-dealers will be blocked until you upgrade. We never delete your data.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Full access to every feature.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans are typically 20% cheaper than monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the superadmin panel anytime. Your tenant stays active until the end of the paid period.
